Lead Me On This path you lead me on winds through dark wetlands - reflective pools of my past. And if I stop to glimpse the past desires to pull me in, muddy pools lurk to reclaim me. And I, anxious of stumbling into pools of darkness lost to your joy and light, search and find Your eyes. You let my past fall away, to find joy in You instead. Is this not the sufficiency I seek, my intimacy in Christ. And You lead me on. A poem from Vocation as Resistance © Craig A. Roberts 2022. (paperback, ebook, audio book)
