The roar of institution's wrath
torments justice without mercy.

The wrath of civic religion
spreads darkness, Christ's grace opposed.

God’s wrath - Creator’s breath withheld -
terrors of emptiness, life becomes void.

Yet over darkness, welter and waste
God's grace hovers, speaks “Let there be light”.
